Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping

​

Ryka Studio is committed to deliver your order with quality packaging in a timely manner.

  • We charge a shipping fee of INR 120 for all domestic orders of shirts irrespective of the number of items bought.

  • We charge a shipping fee of INR 150 for all domestic orders of sarees irrespective of the number of items bought.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days from the time of placing the order.

  • To ensure that your order reaches you in time and in good condition, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post Speed post.

  • Consignment tracking number will be shared over email once the order is dispatched.

  • Our delivery timeline is 4 – 8 working days for deliveries within India.​

  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at contact@rykastudio.com or whatsapp us on +918484804460 within 2 hours of placing the order.

International

​

  • Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order

  • Any custom charges or VAT or duty has to be borne by the customer (Ryka Studio has a valid IEC Code.)

  • Our delivery partner is DHL.

  • From July 1, 2021, VAT will be charged on all goods imported into the EU, regardless of value. The duty and VAT has to be borne by the customers. 

  • Orders are delivered within 10-15 working days. 

  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at contact@rykastudio.com or whatsapp us on +918484804460 within 2 hours of placing the order.
